Pros +
- Shopping, food and train station is all within 3 minutes of the hotel.
- Excellent front staff trying to help guests. I asked direction, bud time, and restaurants. They were very helpful with polite and very pleasant manner. Their spa was clean, warm, and relaxing. The breakfast was a little better than other same chain hotels. I was glad that I chose this hotel.
- I like the room layout and the things you provided in the room. We can find everything we need. At the same time, you also provide extra at the lobby. The room is clean and big enough for 1 person.
Cons -
- This is not their fault that they always drive so that they have little knowledge about bus system. If I were them, I will try what guests without car would experience to be more help for guests. This is my professional effort, and not their faults.
- BF should have more varieties.
- As the name state it is a route inn, so if you were looking for tourist spots you’ll have to travel a bit further out for them.

The room was tidy and the staff were friendly/patient.

I always stay with family in Iwate, and this was the first time I stayed at a hotel. It was clean, breakfast included great options and was very helpful to have! There is a combini across the street, staff were friendly and helpful, plus the baths on the ground floor were great.
The third parking lot was a little dark and I wouldn't want to go there at night alone, but my partner was with me which really helped. A lot of the stores in the area around the hotel didn't seem to be lively, but that's no fault of the hotel itself. By car, it was a very convenient location.
Good view, easy to access, convenient just in front of convenience store and supermarket.Breakfast variety is more than expected. Deeply impressed tans will come back again.
No specific, all good and suitable for me.
Liked the room, just a bit cramped with 2 suitcases, however, that is fairly normal for Japan.Liked the convenience
Breakfast was great, however unfortunately their was confusion about when we wanted our taxi, so we had to eat and run - in about 5 minutes!
Location is good, few minutes walk from Mizusawa station. Basic but I got all I needed.
The non-smoking floor has strong smoke smell as well..
Very good
